It was brought about when the owner of Infinity GP Racing had one of his riders needlessly injured at a race track, and was after posting a public letter of concern, he discovered that their were many racers out there who weren't speaking up.

This website is dedicated to all the racers of the world, those of you who make the sport of motor-sports racing what it is, here is your chance to tell the tracks what you would like to see different. Each time a track is rated, it moves up or down in the overall ranking, so when the race track owners see their tracks at the "back of the pack", they can review the posting and see what pushed them down the list and make corrections to improve their standing.
